Memorial Biography

Frank was born in Hong Kong and moved to San Jose, CA when he was 3 years old. He's been a San Jose resident ever since. He went to James Lick High School and San Jose City College, earning his AA. Frank married Moira in 1980 and raised three kids together. Frank worked as a technician for over 40 years at Northrop Grumman (formerly known as TRW and ESL) and Radix. He retired recently and enjoyed social dancing and traveling/eating.
